Organizations requesting donations from the Normal Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of fundraising activities must be not-for-profit and be located within or clearly serve those that reside within Town of Normal boundaries. Organizations that are affiliated with the Town of Normal that do not fit into the above category will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved by the Director.
