Our Building Inspections Division provides plan review, permit issuance and field inspection services for all new construction and remodeling in the community.
The Housing Inspections Division annually inspects and licenses apartments, rooming houses, duplexes and multi-use rentals, as well mobile home parks, hotels and motels. This division also addresses miscellaneous property complaints ranging from illegal parking and inoperable or unlicensed vehicles, to trash and debris, weed growth and a variety of housing/dwelling unit-related issues.
