Uptown Boards and Commissions
Uptown Advisory Committee: This Committee was established to offer recommendations to the Normal Town Council on various uptown related matters.
Uptown Design Review Commission: This Commission applies design guidelines applicable in the uptown district in a manner that fosters and promotes high quality, attractive development and rehabilitation of structures within the District. The commission also makes various recommendations to the Town Council concerning design guidelines and regulations.
