    9 out of 10 car seats are installed incorrectly! Certified car seat safety technicians will provide a one-on-one opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about child passenger seat safety and have their car seats checked. Please bring the children who will be riding in the seats if possible. Car seat checks are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call 309-828-1892 and schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Presented by Normal Fire Department, SafeKids McLean County, Child Care Resource and Referral Network and Illinois Department of Transportation.
