Normal Fire Stations CLOSED to Public; Programs Suspended

Following recommendations by McLean County Health Department, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to limit the spread of COVID-19, all Normal Fire Department stations are CLOSED to visitors until further notice.

In addition to visitors, the following programs have been indefinitely suspended:

⛔ Fire Station Tours and Show & Tell Events
⛔ Public Education Events and Presentations
⛔ Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Installation Program
⛔ Child Passenger Seat Inspections / Installation Check Events

While these decisions are difficult, they are necessary to help limit the spread of COVID-19 virus to vulnerable and high-risk populations, and to keep our members healthy and safe to be able to provide care to those who need it.

To contact our administration office for day-to-day business, call 309-454-9613 from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
