Division 21 - Penalty
SEC. 4.21 PENALTY. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter, upon conviction shall be fined no less than $100.00 nor more than $3,000.00 for each offense. Each day upon which a violation occurs shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
