Division 2 - Bowling Alleys
SEC. 19.2-1 LICENSE. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation in said Town of Normal to keep any pin alley, ball alley or bowling alley for hire or profit, either directly or indirectly, or where money or other thing of value is charged for the use of or for playing on the same, without first having obtained a license for that purpose as hereinafter provided; and any person violating this Section shall forfeit and pay not less than $50.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense.
SEC. 19.2-2 FEE. License may be granted by the Town Council to the keeper of any such pin alley, ball alley or bowling alley upon the payment of a license fee of $25.00 for each year for each alley, payable in advance.
SEC. 19.2-3 CLOSING HOURS. No person having been granted a license as provided in SEC. 19.2-2 shall permit his place of business to remain open to the public after the hour of one o'clock A.M. on any day and shall not open or allow his place of business to be opened before twelve o'clock noon on Sundays.
