Division 4 - Trampolines
SEC. 19.4-1 PERMIT. No firm, corporation or person shall erect, construct, keep or maintain any trampoline established for which an admission fee is charged within the Town of Normal without first making application and obtaining a permit in the manner hereinafter provided.
SEC. 19.4-2 APPLICATION. Application shall be made as provided for in this Chapter.
SEC. 19.4-3 STATE OF REPAIR. All trampoline establishments shall be kept in a good state of repair and in a condition so as not to endanger the safety of persons or property and the manager of said establishment shall be responsible for the conduct of the participants and shall see that said participants do not disturb the peace and quiet of others and shall see that said establishment is open only within reasonable hours.
SEC. 19.4-4 SUPERVISION. It shall be the further duty of the management of a trampoline establishment to see that qualified personnel is on hand at all times to administer and over-see the operations of the establishment. There shall be at least one instructor or over-seer for each eight individual trampoline units, or fraction thereof, while in operation or use in said establishment. Such instructor shall be uniformed as such.
