Division 12 - Abrogation and Greater Restrictions
SEC. 28.12. - ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS. This code repeals and replaces other codes adopted by the Town council to fulfill the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program including: Ordinance # 3879 Adopted November 6, 1989. However, this code does not repeal the original resolution or code adopted to achieve eligibility in the program. Nor does this code repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. Where this code and other code easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
