Fuller Development and Redevelopment
107- 111 E. Beaufort
This
redevelopment project, located just east of the Children’s Discovery
Museum, was undertaken by Fuller Development Ltd., in partnership
with the Town of Normal. The building contains a mix of
restaurant use on the ground level with office above. Emack & Bolio’s
ice cream shop was the first business to open its doors in
February 2006, with NV Ultra Lounge following shortly thereafter
in August that same year.
