This new mixed use building consists of Redbird Property Management office space on the first floor and two large apartments on the second floor. The attractive new building replaced a run-down single-family home that sat at the corner of Mulberry and Linden. This private project was completed in the fall of 2005 without any Town redevelopment assistance.
