  2. Minutes: Approval of the minutes of Thursday, March 8, 2007 regular meeting.

    1. 07-04-05-PC: Dr. Koe’s community center
    2. 07-04-06-PC: Annexation agreement pertaining to the 68.87 +/- acres at the southeast corner of Kerrick Road and Main Street. Land use matters contained within the agreement include the following:
      1. Zoning
      2. Site Plan
      3. Annexation Plat

Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be presented to the Town Council for final action on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 7:00 P.M.

Town Council Action on Previous Planning Commission Agenda Items:

  1. 07-02-01-PC: Annexation Agreement pertaining to the 84.3 +/- acres at the northeast corner of Airport Road and Ft. Jesse Road. (Approved 6-0 with the condition that the 65-foot lot house designs have prior Council approval)
  2. 07-03-02-PC: Zoning Map Amendment from R-1B Single Family Residential to C-1 Office District, East of Cottage Avenue and Kern Street Extended. (Approved 6-0)
  3. 07-03-03-PC: Preliminary Planned Unit Development – South Cottage Village PUD, East of Cottage Avenue and Kern Street Extended. (Approved 6-0)
  4. 07-03-04-PC: Amended Planned Unit Development, 1101 S. Main (Redevelopment of the former Eagle Grocery Store) (Tabled until the April 2, 2007 Council meeting in order to provide time for the Main Street Commission to review the project)
