A: No, the Town does not provide any utility and/or rental payment
assistance. Persons should contact the Normal Township office, 452-2060
or PATH, 827-4005 for assistance in paying utility or rent bills.
Purchasing FAQs
Q: Does the Purchasing Department maintain a Bid Call list?
A: No, the Purchasing Department does not maintain a bid call list.
Each individual department within the Town publishes its Bid Calls
on an as needed basis in the local publication, The Normalite, which
is published on Thursday of each week.
