City Vision Videos
The City Vision television program features interviews with Town of Normal staff about upcoming events and items of interest to Normal residents. The television program is broadcasted twice a month on ICN cable channel 5. The Town of Normal is proud to offer its City Vision archived videos online. City Vision Videos are available in the Windows Media Video 9 (WMV) format. This format is playable in the latest versions of many popular players, including Windows Media Player, Real Player, and Winamp. Each program is typically 45 minutes to an hour long and are 22 - 31 MB in file size.
