Now paying your Town of Normal utility bill is E-Z with E-Z Pay automatic bill paying service from the Town of Normal. When you sign up for E-Z Pay, your bank, credit union or savings and loan automatically pays your Town of Normal utility bill directly from your account.
What About a Statement?
Simply indicate which account - savings or checking - you want your automatic payment deducted from and E-Z Pay works just like any other direct deposits or direct payments you may have. On the date due, E-Z PAY makes the Town of Normal bill payment and records it as a separate item on your bank statement.

E-Z PAY is a free service, and by signing up now you can begin enjoying the convenience of E-Z PAY with your next bill.
What if I Change My Mind?
If you ever decide to stop E-Z Pay, simply write the Town of Normal a note to discontinue this service. We will handle your request promptly.
What if I Have Any Questions?
Your regular bill will arrive as usual well before the payment is due. A "Do Not Pay" message will appear along with the amount and date due. If there are any questions at this point, you will have plenty of time to contact the Town of Normal for clarification, or to delay payment if necessary.
How Can I Join
Just print out the Authorization Form, fill it out, and return it to the Town of Normal Finance Department. Make sure to enclose a "voided" check for bank verification purposes. Then, continue paying in your usual manner until a "Do Not Pay" notice appears on your bill.
