East Detention Basin
North Linden Street
This nine-acre detention basin, located south of the Carriage Hills Subdivision, was developed to address stormwater drainage issues. The area is maintained as open space and utilized as a neighborhood park. Recent improvements to the park include a new piece of playground equipment and sidewalks making it accessible from the parking lot.
