Holiday Waste Collection
Effective January 1, 2004, garbage trucks will run on nationally observed holidays. This is a change from past practice. Christmas day each year will be the only holiday that garbage trucks will not run. When Christmas day falls on a week day, garbage normally collected that day will be collected the next regular business day.
