you have any billing questions, please call (309) 454-9565 or email
billingquestions@normal.org.
Bill payments are accepted at the Finance Department, located at
City Hall, 100 E. Phoenix, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or payments can
be left in the drop box located in the circle drive at City Hall.
Credit card payments can be made by calling 454-9516 or 454-9513.
You can now pay and view your Town utility bill, and review your
up-to-date account information online, anytime, with our
Online Utility Account Access system.
