Beaufort Street Partners Mixed Use Building
Linden and East Beaufort
This
mixed use building sits at the corner of Linden and East
Beaufort and serves as a prominent entranceway into Uptown
Normal. Cosi, a restaurant famous for its sandwiches and salads,
opened for business on December 14th, 2006 on the building’s first
floor, and First Site moved its offices next to Cosi on December
26th, 2006. The upper two floors consist of eight apartment units.
