Taylor Mixed Use Building
117-119 E. Beaufort

This retail storefront restoration was completed in the summer of 2005. The building owners utilized funds from the Town of Normal’s Moratz Façade Improvement Grant Program. As the pictures below illustrate, the restoration work had a tremendously positive visual impact on the property and the Uptown streetscape. Babbitt’s Books relocated to the Taylor building in early 2007.
