Holiday Open House
Holiday Open House is Saturday & Sunday, November 10th & 11th, 2007! Here’s the scoop on what’s going on when:
- Enjoy FREE WB cartoons at the Normal Theater on Sunday at 1 & 3 pm. Plus, everyone that attends gets a free goodie bag stuffed with coupons and items from Uptown businesses!
- FREE horse drawn carriage rides on Saturday from 12-3 pm!
- Santa likes to start his holidays in Uptown too! Catch him in Uptown Saturday & Sunday from 12-3 pm!
- Special holiday promotions at Uptown businesses all weekend long!
Trailside Market
Every Tuesday night from 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. from June 3rd through September 30th, 2008. Visit the Trailside Market every Tuesday and enjoy the finest in fresh produce, meats, poultry and fresh cut flowers.
Treat Feast
Enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating in Uptown Normal again on October 30, 2008! Show off your costume, and visit your favorite uptown businesses to collect candy. This event is fun for the entire family!
Sugar Creek Arts Festival
Over 250 arts and crafts vendors from across the country display their talents and products at one of the most popular juried art and craft festivals in the Midwest. The Biggest festival in 24 years will take place on July 12 and 13, 2008.
Sweetcorn Blues Festival
Over 50,000 ears of fresh sweet corn, sidewalk sales, arts, crafts, flea market and the best blues bands in central Illinois await you August 23 & 24, 2008.
