Request for Proposals (RFP):

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

ADA Barrier Removal – Work Order Program 

Responses to the RFP must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ADA Barrier Removal" on, or before Friday, October 29, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by Monday, October 25, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the submission deadline. 

There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference to be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., convening at City Hall Room 409, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761, in Uptown Station. 

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. RFP documents may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois  61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org on October 14, 2021.  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive any formalities in the RFP procedures.  The contract award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
