Project Bid Form
The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:
Town of Normal – North Booster Station Replacement
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal – North Booster Station Replacement”, with the time and date of the opening, which will be December 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.
Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a voluntary pre-bid conference on November 30, 2021 at 1:30 PM per project documents. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.
State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. The Bidding Documents may be examined at the Office of the Engineer, Farnsworth Group, Inc., 2709 McGraw Drive, Bloomington, IL 61704.
The Bidding Documents are available at the Engineer’s project bidding website, http://bidlist.f-w.com/. The Bidder may register for this project at the website in order to receive a username and password to access, view and print the Bidding Documents. For any questions or issues accessing the Bidding Documents from the website, contact the Office of the Engineer.
Terms and Conditions will need to be accepted by the planholder prior to obtaining an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents on the project bidding website. Electronic Document access will only be provided to interested bidding companies and/or equipment companies. Electronic copies are provided at no cost. Printing of such documents will be the responsibility of the planholder in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
