Harmon Arts Grant Program
The Harmon Arts Grant Program was developed in 1993 to encourage arts programming in the Normal / Bloomington area. The Town Council has historically allocated $25,000 each year to fund this program. 2009 Harmon Arts Grant awards were publicly announced in July by the Normal Town Council. Due to budgetary constraints the Harmon Arts Grant Program will not be offered in 2010 and will be reevaluated by the Town Council in future years.
