Harmon Arts Grant Program
The Harmon Arts Grant Program was developed in 1993 to encourage arts programming in the Normal / Bloomington area. The Town Council has allocated $25,000 each year to fund this program. Applications for the 2009 Harmon Arts Grant Program are currently being accepted. The deadline to return the application is June 5, 2009. Awards will be made in July of 2009.
