Purpose
The 2030 Report is a vital part of the planning process for the Town of Normal. It is a citizen-based visioning process that establishes long-range objectives to direct and prepare Normal for the future. The Town has been participating in long-range vision planning since 1990 with the creation of the first of these plans, the 2015 report.
