Fire Department
The Normal Fire Department is an organization that is dedicated to preserving the life and property of Town residents through the prevention and suppression of fires, emergency medical service, and public education.
To that end, the Normal Fire Department employs 60 full-time firefighter/EMT’s, plus a Chief, an Assistant Chief, an Office Associate, two full-time Fire Inspectors, a Public Education Specialist and a Training Officer.
The Town of Normal currently has three strategically located fire stations to minimize response time. The Headquarters Fire Station is located at 1300 E. College Ave. The address for Station 2 is 604 N. Adelaide, and Station 3 is located at 1200 E. Raab Rd.
