Boards and Commissions
The Inspection Department interacts with a number of Boards and Commissions. Some meet on a scheduled basis while the technical boards typically meet as needed.
Building Board of Appeals: Serves to review new codes as well as hear appeals on the adopted building codes.
Zoning Board of Appeals: Hears variations to the Zoning Code requirements, also hears and makes recommendation on all Special Use Permits

Planning Commission: Serves to review new and revised Planned Unit Developments as well as properties subject to the Town’s Site Plan Review process
