Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics, conducted in the fitness room of the Community Activity Center is offered during three separate sessions throughout the year; fall, summer and spring. This class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm. An optional Saturday morning class is also available from 8:00-9:15am. Marsha Polacek instructs this class which is limited to 35 participants.

Core Training

Core Training is designed to help one maintain or improve functional fitness, healthy posture, muscle tone and decrease the risk of injury through the use of mat exercises and resistance ball. Class is offered immediately after step aerobics on Mondays & Wednesdays starting at 6:30 p.m. Marsha Polacek instructs the class which is limited to 15 participants.

Stretch & Tone

Stretch & Tone offers various stretching and very low impact exercising programmed to music. Classes are held in the fitness room of the Community Activity Center during three separate sessions; fall, summer, spring. Stretch & Tone is a morning class meeting Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Mary Liverman instructs this class which is limited to 35 participants.
