Carden Park
East Raab Rd.
Carden Park is a five acre park adjacent to the 18-acre Prairieland Elementary School site. It is just north of the Town's #3 Fire Station on East Raab Road at Henry Street. The school/neighborhood park includes playground equipment, a backstop for baseball or softball, two soccer fields, an accessible picnic shelter and an asphalt walking or jogging path around the entire perimeter of the site. This path now connects with Constitution Trail on Raab Road all the way to Linden Street. A parking lot is available at this site. Public restrooms for park users are located at the north entrance of the fire station. Located just north of Station #3 is the Town’s newly constructed Safety Town and adjacent shelter. A new basketball court was constructed in 2006. The circular court offers three adjustable baskets and a color coated surface.
