The Community Activity Center is at the top of the circle drive. The Community Activity Center has several rooms available to rent on evenings and weekends.

One Normal Plaza is also home to an In-Line hockey rink in the southern portion of this park. The 100' x 200' asphalt pad is complete with regulation hockey markings as well as a wood border. The hockey rink is open to the public for pick up games. The use of protective gear when using the area is strongly encouraged. The Town of Normal assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries from activity in this area. Twin City In-Line Hockey Association activities will have priority for usage.

The park includes a recently renovated baseball field, with new dugouts and fencing, a drinking fountain and concrete bleacher seating area. In 2008 a 30’ x 60’ shelter was constructed on the east side of the property and is available for reservations. There is also an abundance of open area in the park suitable for organized sports activities such as youth football and soccer. Adjacent to the ball field a large playground was installed during the fall of 2008. Also included at the ONP site is a recently constructed memorial dedicated to the people who lived and worked at the former ISSCS site. The “Circle of Friends” was funded by the ISSCS Historical Preservation Society and installed by Park Maintenance staff.
