Waste & Recycling
Normal offers an extensive recycling program including a drop-box collection system that is available to residents 24 hours a day 7 days a week at various convenient locations throughout the community. The Town also offers computer and electronics recycling Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Normal Public Works Garage, 1301 Warriner Street.
Refuse collection is provided to persons residing in single-family dwellings and duplexes in Normal. Normal also offers leaf, brush, landscape and bulky waste collections for residents. Form more information on these specialized waste removal services please click here.
