These new multiple family structures are located in the South Uptown region of Normal. The buildings are designed to mimic historic homes that used be prevalent in the area. The apartments are home to many university students that enjoy the close proximity to Illinois State’s campus and Uptown Normal. The buildings were completed in 2005 and are now fully occupied.
