Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shop
207 W. North Street
This project included the relocation of Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shop from its location at 138 E. Beaufort and the redevelopment of the 207 W. North Street space. The redevelopment incorporated the building’s historic storefront and the preservation of the original wooden door and transoms. This redevelopment was assisted with funds from the Town of Normal Moratz Façade Improvement Grant Program. Jimmy John’s opened its doors at the 207 W. North Street location in August of 2005.
