Group Outings

Ironwood Golf Course hosts outings for all types of events, including fundraisers and corporate gatherings, whether small groups or full course shotgun starts. We host over 40 outings each year. We pride ourselves on our outings and events and strive to make a great experience for everyone involved! Staff will help coordinate tournament set-up and scoring, cart staging and provide complimentary use of the driving range.

Golf Course Staff Will Prepare the Following for Your Event
  • Golf cars with player names, starting holes and scorecards.
  • Place sponsor and event signs, in addition to any table needs.
  • Assist with check-in as needed.

Planning Your Event


  • Choose preferred dates.
  • Meet with Ironwood Golf Course staff to coordinate outing details.
  • Follow-up with Ironwood staff with:
    • Player roster
    • List of on-course events
    • Special instructions

Event Day


  • Event Coordinator should arrive 2 hours prior to event start for set-up.
  • Provide sponsor signs and event materials.
  • Registration table will be set-up for player check-in.
  • Golf carts will be coordinated with player names and scorecards.
  • Complimentary use of the range is available for outing participants.
  • Once check-in is completed, tournament host will make event announcements.
  • Ironwood Golf Course staff will pick up event signs and update scoring.
  • Coordinate post-event prizes and/or social with planning committee.
