Transition Plan

The Town of Normal is dedicated to providing access to people of all abilities with access so they can participate equally in all Town initiatives, services and programs. To further this goal, the Town is conducting a self-evaluation and updating its ADA Transition Plan to ensure inclusion and access for people with disabilities. We welcome your input on proposed plans. Share your feedback at any time with ADA Coordinator Greg Troemel via email or by phone at 309-454-9580.
