Dress Up Movies return with appropriate social distancing! Staff has been hard at work developing a plan to keep performers and attendees safe.
There are 3 “zones” with maximum 50 individuals permitted in each (see map). Maximum 150 attendees. Staff will have clearly marked walkways for traffic flow with appropriate spacing. Attendees will be released by "zone" at the direction of the Amphitheatre Assistant at the conclusion of each event.
We invite you to come dressed up as your favorite movie character or bring your favorite movie prop to each month’s featured movie. Each year the selected line up spans the ages so there’s sure to be something for everyone to enjoy!
As always, bring your own chairs or blankets for the performances! Feel free to bring your own snacks or drinks (no alcohol permitted).

In the months of May through September, our FREE Dress Up Movies are shown at the Connie Link Amphitheatre . Children under the age of 10 will receive a special item that relates to that evening’s movie. Most movies will be shown on Friday or Saturday evenings. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. There is plenty of seating on the grassy terrace.
Beginning in October through April, movies are shown indoors on a Saturday afternoon at the historic Normal Theater, 209 North St. in Uptown Normal. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Admission is FREE. Concessions will be available for purchase.
