NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing on a proposed annexation agreement between the Town of Normal, Illinois, and the hereafter described party will be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Fourth Floor Uptown Station, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, McLean County, Illinois at 6:55 p.m., prevailing time, on the 18th day of October, 2021. The proposed amended annexation agreement pertains to the following described property:
Common Location: Trails on Sunset Lake, Normal, McLean County, Illinois
The proposed amended annexation agreement is on file in the office of the Town Clerk for public review and will be available at said public hearing. Key provisions of the Amendment to the Agreement include rezoning and a preliminary subdivision plan.
The parties executing said annexation agreement include the Town of Normal and Woodbine Investment Group.
